Sources close to special services of different countries even come up with dates when the war may begin. The Southern Caucasus borders on Iran. Desde su creacion el Mercosur ha tenido sus diferentes matices en las relaciones internas y hacia afuera del mismo en funcion de las diferentes circunstancias y particularidades de sus miembros. Cuando los estados a traves de sus autoridades convergen en proyectos estrategicos de ese nivel es logico se presente todo un camino con acomodamientos de intereses individuales y comunes de los paises integrantes. Esas rispideces, son atenuadas y superadas con la participacion  y  actitud positiva de las diplomacias y las economias dentro de un proceso de cooperacion e integracion. El momento actual de este proceso debe ser atentamente evaluado y discutido especialmente entre Brasil y la Argentina en razon de la necesidad de adoptar una resolucion basica que regira hacia futuro la convergencia o literal ruptura del proceso.  Me refiero en particular a la imposibilidad de convivencia en un mismo espacio economico con proyeccion estrategica de dos modelos diferentes.
